Processing times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

Shipping rates

$15 shipping fee for framed prints within Auckland

$10 shipping fee for unframed prints New Zealand wide

 

We are currently unable to ship our framed prints outside of Auckland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options for framed prints nationwide.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and pick your print up at Vincent Street Auckland CBD.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days.

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at infokalikaprints@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
