Can I cancel my order?

Sure, you can, provided we haven’t started production. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to stop your order before it is crafted and provide you with a full refund.

My order did not arrive, arrived damaged, or I was sent the wrong Item?

Mistakes are rare, but they happen. We are only human. Let us know within 10 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with either a refund or a replacement at our cost (it really helps if you send us a few photos and a description of the issue).

Change your mind?

We all do. Let us know within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will refund you. KALIKA is a small independent business, and you will need to cover the shipping costs in this instance. The item must be unmarked, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
